Who I Am
My name is Katie Hardgrave, and I am a VA who is a veteran and a military spouse. I have over 20 years experience, and during my time in the Royal Navy I was a HR Manager, PA, Compliance Manager and a Career Manager. This has given me vast experience working in locations all over the UK, including the Ministry of Defence as PA to Senior Directors and overseas as PA to the UK Maritime Component Commander.

Inspriration
What inspires me the most about being a VA is the opportunity to help busy professionals. I love the satisfaction that comes from knowing I have made your life a little easier by taking care of your schedule and travel itinerary, or providing great customer service. I am committed to delivering high quality work efficiently and building long-lasting relationships that are built on trust, with my clients.
More about me
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends. My husband, Tom and my two girls, Georgia and Mollie keep me happily busy and we all love travelling, and trips away together.
I enjoy yoga and walking and I find that it helps me to stay focused and energised. I believe that balance in life is the key to success, and my focus is bringing that balance in to my work as a VA.
My experience in the Armed Forces helped me develop valuable attributes including, leadership, discipline, adaptability and resilience, all of which will aid me assist you in the best way that I possibly can!
